The 'flat hotel' is a beautiful old pub built in the sleepy town of captains flat in 1938. One of the two last 'watering holes' still open in the town. The hotel offers a cold drink, meals 7 days, accommodation and regular entertainment and events. Our pub is famous for its long bar, not too long ago holding the record for the longest bar in the southern hemisphere. A perfect place to come and have a quiet drink and mingle with the locals or a quiet Sunday drive followed by lunch. We also cater for functions of any kind.
